2. Express Shipping (Domestic) – Faster delivery within 1–2 business days.

3. Standard International Shipping – Estimated delivery within 6–12 business days.

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $35.

Please note: All shipping timeframes are based on business days and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

Free Shipping Policy

At Chewise, we're excited to offer free Standard Shipping on all orders. This policy automatically applies to your order at checkout, allowing you to enjoy our range of pet products without worrying about shipping costs.

Shipping Locations

Currently, Chewise ships exclusively within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or outside the United States at this time. We are looking forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the near future.

Order Processing Time

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as fast as possible. All orders are processed within 1 natural day. Our processing time is applicable 7 days a week, ensuring that your pet’s needs are met without delay.

Customs and Duties

Since Chewise currently only ships within the United States, our customers do not need to concern themselves with customs duties.
